Avante Apartments

Going on My third year here and I have yet to have any issues, other than the washing facility. I love this complex, it's quiet, safe, and everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out. Whenever I have a maintenance issue the maintenance guy is always so polite and fast.

Apartment is just okay. It’s a definitely over priced for what you get. I will not be renewing my lease when my lease is up. Due to some health issues I was late on rent and landlord still added late fees on. Oh and the parking is ridiculous too. You have to walk about half a mile from your parking spot to your apartment. It’s a very big inconvenience especially when brining in groceries.

So bad the worst thing ever paying so much just to get a broken apartment and the walls so thin

Maintenance is always fast and courteous. They are working on projects that involve the tenants and showing appreciation for their tenants.

I am currently looking for an apartment and this review was no help at all. I know people who lived here 10 -15 yrs ago and it was nice then but what about now. I need to find a place by August at the latest and really want to know if this place is worth it
