I recently used this title company for a home purchase and was extremely disappointed by their service, communication and lack of accountability. Several months after closing, my partner and I received a notice indicating we owed over $400 for trash removal fees and penalties. These charges should have been taken care of at settlement, and the fact that they weren’t reveals a serious oversight, lack of basic responsibility, and clear negligence.
