Avana Birch Pointe

This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had to endure from a parent rental company. From the incredibly poor communication when it comes to the awful construction I’ve had to deal with, to the lack of care seen from the people who manage this property. Avana has come in and scammed every single person living in this complex. Making me park all the way on the other side of the property so they can install car ports and charge residents for parking spaces that absolutely no one asked for, they ought to be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention being awoken almost every single day before the scheduled start time, at 7:45am because the crew has started early and there’s no one from the office to notify since they dont start until 10:00am(must be nice). Avoid this place if you can – it's a complete mess. Ever since the original management sold the property, everything has gone downhill. Shortly after the transition, they started charging a random “community surcharge” on our electric bills—without providing any real explanation. A couple of months later, they announced "improvements," but let’s be honest: we’re basically paying for the contractors’ electricity as they renovate the place. Yes, the complex needed upgrades, but why are the residents footing the bill? Construction has been constant—roofing, painting, and now carports. The carport installation makes no sense. Love living here! Quiet, safe, and well-kept. Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the location is super convenient. Though it took some time for the updates to the property after Greystar took over, I’m loving the new look and car ports! Would highly recommend!

We've been residents for about five years and it's a nice property. They keep up on the maintenance and landscaping. Management does a great job of informing us about projects on the property that impact us. The neighbors are respectful allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Really can't find anything to complain about. Would recommend to a friend.

I’ve only been living in my apartment for a few months, but I already love it here. The community is peaceful and very welcoming. One of the highlights has definitely been the staff—especially Alexsandra. She’s helped me right away when I had some package delivery issues and has consistently been quick to respond and always friendly. The maintenance team is also fantastic— requests I’ve submitted has been handled quickly. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place!
