Avana Apartments

Avana is easily overlooked. Its nestled in the crook where Guadalupe and Lamar experience divergence. It just kind of Blends into the larger apartments and Walgreens. Its actually pretty cool inside the common areas. I was impressed by the skylights, I bet its got oodles of natural lighting during the day. The main entrance is tragically awkward when it comes to ♿️ accessibility, mostly due to the angles of the doors, positioning of the call box, the height of the "sidewalk" and the proximity of parking spaces. It is a limited space to be sure, but it does make a great impression. There is a kind of a strong business vibe of "office space" to this building that still remains, but overall it is very cool.

Super happy living at Avana! Love the location, the hallways are always clean, Donna the leasing agent was super helpful throughout the move in process and continues to check in on me, Raul the maintenance guy is so nice, the units have massive windows- the list goes on! Very happy i found these apartments. :)

Gorgeous, spacious, and friendly apartment complex! The leasing staff are excellent and extremely helpful, and with the few minor issues that I have had, I have received the best care from maintenance staff Phillip. Great place to live!

I am looking to relocate to Texas and Donna Liden was just awesome. I did a virtual tour with her and the apartments are beautiful. I am definitely considering this place. Thank you Donna for all of your help with my questions.

Literally am in love with the pool here! How can you beat it? Great location, spacious closets, pretty much feels like it's brand new!
