Been here 5years and have seen management go and come and some good one too. But I'm a little frustrated because of all the changes and stuff that they do to get extra money out of the residents. Like first they give us the flex pay option then take it way and then so only money orders beife they are under new management but refuse to fix anything and you have to beg for new stuff but when it's time for rent to be paid they want to evict you I pay on time everyone no issues and get harassed with emails. Went into office and maintance man laughed in my face because I asked for my ac to be fixed properly twice at night it can be on 70 and you will hear it but after a few mins silence and it's hot on the whole. I want to thank Luis for his outstanding help during a very stressful emergency with my sister's apartment. When the apartment began flooding, he responded quickly and immediately took control of the situation with professionalism and efficiency. What truly stood out was his kindness, he stayed with her until the plumber arrived so that she wouldn’t feel uncomfortable being alone in her apartment with a stranger. His courteous demeanor, respect, and calm presence made an overwhelming situation much easier to handle. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him for his professionalism and compassion.

10 months ago I left a review and since than management has changed. I reach out to new management with my concerns and frustrations and I must say the new property manager Gladys Cancel has took control of this property and is working extremely hard to address those issues. I was moved to a new unit that is in much better condition than my previous unit. The pool is well maintained and consistent. New maintenance employees have been hired and are great and answer extremely quick. Gladys is doing a great job cleaning up the mess left behind by previous management. Gladys you’re doing a great job and I hope that everyone who is in this community gets all of their issues and concerns addressed. People need to understand that it takes time. Just moved here a week ago and not off to a great start. When we moved in on the first day, my A/C was left wide open like this apparently the a/c has not been working and they fail to let us know that before moving in. It’s been a week now since we moved in and they have not been able to fix it. They are very bad at communicating and updating you on repairs. Not to mention there is no hot water in our shower at all, and almost all the outlets in the house don’t work at all. Once again it’s been a week and no one has been able to fix these troubles. While me and my pregnant wife stay freezing at night while it’s cold and we have no heater, or when it gets hot outside and we have no a/c, makes me regret living here in the first place. Stay as far away from this place as possible. It has been well past the 15 days we were supposed. To receive our deposit check back and the manager as well as main rental company dodge our calls and purposely avoid any confrontation about it. Do not even consider this a place to live. Don’t even get me started about the mis representation the pictures give.
