Avalon Willow Glen

This a great place. I have always loved Avalon Apartments. The front desk agents here are very helpful. On my move in day, I went to the wrong apartment. They assisted me with the correct location. The agent also assisted me with the transfer from Woodland Hills to Willow Glen. Spacious apartments. I have a king size bed and plenty of room in the master bedroom.

Ricko did an amazing job! He fixed our water heater and our fire alarm quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly now. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend him!

There has been a major water main leak outside the apartments at Rubino Drive and Foxworthy for over 9 months, wasting thousands of gallons of water every day. I’ve contacted management multiple times, but the problem still hasn’t been fixed. This is extremely frustrating and irresponsible — not just for residents but for the entire community. At a time when water conservation is so critical in California, letting this much water go to waste is unacceptable. Archstone Avalon Apartments needs to treat this as the emergency it is and repair it immediately. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this property. Once the issue is properly resolved, I will remove this review.

I called today because I need clarification on $60 added to our March rent. Phone access to doors is a safety issue. Criminals can hack, and many of these criminals already live here. Focus on cleaning the entrance and within the stairways and parking lot. Dog waste is always on Rubino. , and never picked up. Your priorities need to be redirected. This is not a luxury property it's filthy. We will keep our using keys for our front door along with our camera. I received no response to my phone message, this is rude and unprofessional.

My family and i lived there for 5 years, we finally left. They let us brake our lease because of how much proof we had from the complaints of leaks, mold, and broken appliances. At first we loved living there. It SEEMED to be nice. 2 weeks in, our sink flooded with sewage and it was so horrible. Our sink had started to flood and we put a request in. 2 days later when it OVER FLOODED is when they finally came to fix the problem. Our master bedroom ceiling leaked, there was flooding in the master bedroom TWICE, we needed a new washing machine and microwave and dishwasher! And during the summer the cochroach infestation was HORRIBLE. Don't hold your breath when it comes to response from the leasing office. It seemed like they were closed almost every other day!! No one answered unless we call
