Avalon Villa Apartments

I was a tenant at Avalon Villa. For over a year. My sister and my soon to be ex husband lived there as well. Financial difficulties happened and we had to move from the apartment. At no time were we loud or unruly tenants. We were lied on and said the police were called on us and this never happened. I worked constantly and it is really disheartening and disappointing that management would lie to another apartment manager about us. At no time did management bring to our attention about complaints about us and when we were late we always reached out to management to tell them what we were dealing with. Me and my wife lived there for 5 years we moved out November 30th we put in our 60 day notice we were expecting our entire deposit back but it went down to 750$ my wife called to see what is going on now they say we broke our lease now we owe them something is wrong here.i do not recommend this place they also don't give notice for entering the apt we had a guy just barg in and we have pets they didn't care. We did give you a 60 day written notice of vacating the property

I've been living in this place for the past 5 yrs and seen alot of shitty things.. I just asked for a new dishwasher after I signed my least for 1 more year and haven't seen one yet.. and we have language barrier issues with maintenance crew on staff they dont understand English language and don't try to speak English

The size of the Units are a major PLUS-- but no balcony for upstairs, no W/D Hook ups. The neighbors that I have are the best though. The office is understanding. They are making so many improvements where they can. If you are looking for a place where they genuinely will leave you alone & let you pay rent. This is the place. Only reason I am moving is for parking & W/D hook ups. I actually really am going to miss the size & chill, helpful neighbors

VERY RUDE OFFICE LADY...scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior, showed up early, only to be told that they had no units available to tour. Upon asking further questions about the community and unit, the office lady sighed and looked very annoyed, the further the questions progressed. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming to any prospective tenants..I can only Imagine with those who have already signed and paid for leases...
