Avalon Peaks Apartments

It has been a month by far we moved in. It is surrounded by trees so you feel like you are in the forest. It is very quiet. Neighbours are really friendly. The property is very clean. It is an eco-friendly place and there are squirrels around.They are so funny. Our property manager is just great. She helped us a lot and she made our moving process very easy and very fast. She is really kind and helpful. Whatever you need she is there so we haven't had any problem so far. We really love this property and we feel like we've been a part of the community since we moved in.

At Avalon Peaks, everyone is so kind and truly does their best to keep their residents happy, safe, included, etc, as they continue to give back to the community. This also includes the maintenance team, who continue to be sincere and caring! They listen and do everything they can to make sure the residents are 100% satisfied. I truly appreciate everyone’s cooperation and consideration! And due to that, living at Avalon is extremely comforting.

We moved to Avalon Peaks in October 2022 into a three bedroom townhouse with a garage, we have been living here for six months now and we absolutely love it here. The area is so peaceful and our townhome is very roomy, beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds are also very clean and well-maintained with lots of dog walking clean up stations around the neighborhood. It is the best community we have ever lived in. The management and maintenance staff have always been pleasant, prompt and very helpful. The location is also perfect for quick easy access to west Raleigh, Cary and Apex. We feel so lucky to have found such a place to call home!

We have lived here for about 3 months now and I can honestly say that this community is wonderful! We happened upon Avalon Peaks when we were apartment hunting and fell in love right away. The floor plans are HUGE and at a very affordable price. Our unit was in pristine condition when we moved in. Incredibly clean, fresh and updated. The property is spotless. I have yet to see any trash anywhere and other tenants are constantly cleaning up after pets. Located minutes from downtown Apex… it is convenient as well as quiet as it is set back off the road and surrounded by trees and landscaping. Staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. Always providing updates and having monthly free events for tenants. Good stuff too like free yoga classes. Can’t say enough about how great maintenance

The staff at Avalon Peaks is amazing . Emmy & Latisha are the best and the maintenance crew is fantastic. We love living here. We have great neighbors and a real sense of community. We recently renewed our lease and are so glad we did.
