I can only rate my experience as a visitor. Seems like a good place to live. I came to help "shovel" out a friend during tecent ice and snow storm. Parking lots could've been cleared in my opinion for residents. Especially with pricing of apartment homes these days. Was glad to help out someone dear to me.

Never had issues until summer 2025 when new leasing agents and managers were hired. Previous admin (Eric) was extremely helpful and organized. Issues: Floor Coating: Email gave 1-week notice that hallways would be coated, restricting access 8am–4pm. Original schedule changed without proper updates. On 7/14, floors were coated despite schedule saying 7/11. No apology or corrected notice sent. Trash Violation: Received email about “improper disposal” that could lead to a lease violation. Neither roommate nor I had used the compactor recently. Asked for proof; response was “sorry, meant to click your neighbor’s number.” Careless mistake—could have resulted in an unnecessary fine. Lockout: Electronic lock system failed; lock was dead at 7am. Submitted maintenance request and waited outside

I would not recommend this place at all; it has gone downhill since I first moved in February! Within the first few weeks I had to call paramedics because I found a man unresponsive on the stairs; he had been beaten to a pulp and had to get carried out on a stretcher. Fast forward to now and I wake up to my car getting broken into, my whole passenger side window smashed. When the police arrived we see that two other vehicles have been hit. I went to the leasing office to inform them about what happened and their response almost took me over the edge. I let them know my car and other cars were broken into, they immediately asked me have I filed a police report, I responded yes. Today I stopped by to see a one bedroom apartment. I did not have an appointment and I wasn't turned around due to that. I spoke with Ms./ Mrs. Nika first, whom was very welcoming and professional. She introduced me to Ms./Mrs. Lia who greeted me with a smile, and also very professional. She provided me all the detailed information I needed to do a self guided tour, and provided me a pamphlet with more details. This self guided tour was the bomb. I was able to tour the whole facility without feeling rushed. The gym,mailroom,library, conference,private work station, pool, all nice. I took my questions back to Ms./Mrs. Lia and they were all answered without hesitation. I really liked this facility and most of all, I felt welcome. Stop by the office here maybe about a week ago and I was so impressed with the office staff and the professionalism with the day displayed. Leigh was amazing. The property manager came out. I think her name was Nika simply amazing. It felt like home and while I am not looking to move into 2026 this is definitely on my list of places to apply. They still have available units so if you’re in the Charlotte area. I think you should stop being to see these ladies. They are simply amazing
