Don’t ever be there tenant, don’t ever have them oversee your property. You will regret that decision for years. I hope they get their license pulled. They are corrupt and have no dignity. They for sure care more about the people that don’t make them money, aka property owners. And will throw tenants under the bus any chance they get as long as it gets them out of paying anything.
