We got a new house & were not aware that the buying & building process were so complex. When we started our project, we met many bumps in the road which continued throughout the buying process and closing. However, although there were many stressors, Spencer was absolutely amazing. Waiting for my property to be built was really exciting, especially because there was a team assuring the process went well and smooth. The lead of this team is Spencer Mitten, the Project Manager. Spencer was transparent from the very beginning and he is incredibly knowledgeable, despite his young age. His customer service has always been above and beyond. My neighbors and I really admire Spencer due to him being so prompt to assist (even if it is not related to his job, trust me!). Buying our first home, there were so many things we did not know. From beginning to end, our Project Manager, Spencer, went above and beyond. Spencer communicated with us through every single step of the process and went out of his way to address any concerns and questions we may have had along the way.
