I was offered a job in Texas on a short notice. I rented an apartment at pier 121 without ever seeing it In person. I called and spoke with Josiah in the office About a couple things and he was amazing then I filled out the paperwork online and I was approved in 10 minutes. Then proceeded to move halfway across the country, not knowing what I was getting myself into and when I will arrive I was pleasantly surprised the apartment was clean and 100% ready to go. I applied at another luxury apartment and paid $300 between the application fee and admin fee while being promised I’d have an approval before it was time to give my current apartments a 60 day notice prior to my lease ending. No one ever got back to me. After numerous calls and emails… 2 weeks later and still nothing…. No response. I have been living at Avalon Pier 121 since August 2023. It’s a great place to live. Maintenance is great Wyatt is an outstanding maintenance technician, very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns. Office staff Josiah and Tia are phenomenal. I love living here.

The maintenance team has definitely stepped their game up! Tyrone has helped with all my work orders since getting new staff. He is prompt and professional! Friendly and courteous! Definitely knows what he’s doing. I never have to have the come back for the same issue, which is greatly appreciated!

I placed a maintenance request for my hot water and exactly 10 minutes later Wyatt was at my door and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my tub not letting hot water come out. He even showed up the next day as promised to make finishing touches and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. This property makes sure to go above and beyond for their residents.
