Latasha and Tonia manage the property and they are wonderful. I own Southern Roofing and it is always nice when working with a great property manager. The complex is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend.

0/10. I was not given accurate information during my leasing process at Avalon. I was given false information about my move in date from Jailene which resulted in me sleeping in my car for three days. I expressed on my leasing application to the leasing agents that my desired move in date was 11/07, as my former lease was set to end on that date. I was taken on a tour with Jailene on Sept. 2, 2025. I later applied to the desired townhome that I was inquiring about on Oct. 6, 2025. Jailene reached back out and asked for me to send my most recent check stubs (I sent them). After which, I did not hear back from her until sending a follow up email with her on 10/10 and that's when she let me know that my application was accepted and approved. I will never tell anybody to apply to this apartment complex. They are very unprofessional and give you a runaround when you’re trying to find a home. They false advertise on their website about the units they have . And They don’t have anything organize. When I tried to get an apartment, they told me the unit I applied for had a leak and was the wrong unit on the website so they had to move me to another apartment that didn’t have AC. Very unprofessional. The property manager told me I would have gotten a full refund because they false advertised. I have been waiting almost 3 months for them to send me back my money. Even when I call, they don’t answer or call back And when I got in touch with them, they told me they didn’t have my apartment number on the check they sent out so they had t

I have been living here for 3and half now but it’s getting worse every day. My lease about to expire September 17 and I ask if I can move out 2weeks early because my children already started school and it’s getting too long to go for registration in the new place. The refused. I was told 2weeks early i will pay over $2600 . I put work order since August 8 the cancelled it without fixing anything. The both toilet not working properly. We have to go outside to ease ourselves. They are the most rude unprofessional person I ever seen. You send message never respond back on time. The don’t care about you all the want is your money. Making phone calls today to figure out what my next steps are going to because I no longer want to live here. When I moved in these apartments, these were not the same people I had to deal with they were kind and professional. I obviously don’t go into the office a lot so I do not know when they made a change. But I went in there to complain for the 4th time about my ac not working and my light bill being too high. And this little boy starts asking me questions like I’m a technician and tells me he has nothing else to say to me. If I can’t feel comfortable to go in the front office where they feel comfortable taking my rent money… we are going to have some issues.
