Trashiest place that you can live! The HOA is complete incompetent. Rent Prosper care about you until to the point you signed the lease with them, after that, you are alone. The complex is always dirty, with a lot drugs, noise and violence. The pool and tennis court are always closed. The basketball courts are destroyed. Homeless people are all the time inside of the complex (they literally live there). The gate of the community is broken for more than 10 years. They have issue even collecting trash properly. Roaches are impossible to control inside the apartment. You have been warned! Be aware!

WARNING : They got any reason for POOL to b close (6 months close cuz of weather FOLLOW BY ANY!! ISSUE after ) The gym don't got A/C the "A/C" work like a FAN water fountain DONT work by gym no access to POOL table to PLAY pool ball Walk master in gym DONT work Can't lock pedal bike by stairs when you LIVE UPSTAIRS They got a SMALL and big pool . I live here a one Y.E.A.R never saw the small pool open . I'm telling you . Don't waste money here . You better off buying a DUMP house at lease you DONT W.A.S.T.E money with HOA That don't care about people Btw good luck throwing recycling ♻️ they don't clear that in time EITHER And u can't OWN and park a GOLF cart here ?!?! Don't live here . Unless it's ALL you got .

1. Apartment was destroyed when we got it, still dealing with the roaches 2. Your pest control is terrible, we’ve spent over $700 on pest control since we’ve been here because the spray you use is ineffective. 3. NONE of the amenities you use to sell this place have been operational for more than a month at a time (the pool is a running joke in our house) 4. The staff has been rude and communicated poorly throughout the duration of our stay, with the exception of whoever I talked to a few days ago, she was extremely helpful 5. The trash and recycling aren’t extracted at a decent pace, to the point where we are embarrassed to have company because they could see it. 6. Supposed to be a gated community but in 2 years we haven’t seen them closed, except for 2 times when the exits were closed t

Mercedes the front office help is a literal terror. She works for a manager that obviously does not care about her behavior. They don’t answer emails in a timely manner they expect you to email repeatedly if they are “too busy” to answer. Too busy doing nothing I’m sure as the complex is so unkept. Moved in signed my lease and then was told none of the amenities were available due to covid. After signing of course. Only to find out they were available (at times) they’re broken every other day. Do yourself a favor move into the hood at least their attitudes are better.

It was a nightmare from hell dealing with the HOA. The sneakyness was just unbelievable they would make up stories just to violate you to either get you to pay fines or evict . I would never in my life go back not even to visit it was traumatizing it felt like i was in a concentration camp you go outside your being watched and video recorded if your child goes out best to believe management calls police and cps on you . If you move there be prepared to deal with alot. . They try breaking your spirit glad to be out of yhat ratchet community not to mention all the drug dealing and car breakins
