Avalon Apartments

Honestly terrible place to live. Management is never responsive with maintenance requests. I have been waiting for so long to get my maintenance requests fulfilled. There has also been robbery of vehicles, bikes, etc. A very unsafe area in my opinion. The study room/gym is also never open despite the hours being clearly posted on the door. It seems like they unlock the doors whenever they want because some days I’ll find it open and other days it’s closed. I don’t recommend living here.

Hi! I been living in Avalon since my 2nd year and now I am a 4th year and all in all I been really enjoying my time here and I think all the workers are very sweet and really quick to help when concerns and questions occur

Lived here for two year, moved in when they were switching companies, the house wasn’t even fully cleaned out when we moved in but can’t get in contact with the previous company who owned Avalon. One year later when our kitchen almost flooded, it took them three weeks to come over and check on us. Now after I have moved out, they are charging an unreasonable high move out cleaning fee and refusing to communicate with me, it has been two weeks since I sent an email to communicate about the fees. They are charging over $2000 to replace the carpet and the wall paintings. Unbelievable.

FPI Management & Tilden Properties run the Avalon Apts (Agent & Owners). They also team-up in Sonoma County (Santa Rosa, CA) at a number of locations where I have a lease agreement with no worries. Note that FPI uses the RealPage platform. That includes the Loft Living App & YieldStar to squeeze the most money out of everyone. Lease at the Avalon (not for me), & you too will probably enjoy the magic in their seamless process from application to move-in .

Pretty comfy apartment. Easy walk to Safeway and bus stop. With new management company in mid 2023 lots of turmoil. Now they seem to nickle and dime tenants with new fees for insurance, utilities, garbage and very strict about how and when rent is paid.
