Avalon Apartments

I have live in these apartments for about 3 years now and honestly I love my place. I have just about everything I always wanted in a place I'd live in. I love the high ceilings, cutting table, outdoor balcony that is nice and roomier. I also can't forget the management, I have never had any trouble with them or maintenance. I'm hoping that this will be my last move. I really love it here

I have been living her for a year and a half and my experience has been mixed. When I first moved in there was a roach infestation under my fridge and dishwasher. I was disgusted. After months of complaining and a new pest control company , the issue was finally resolved. The management team is AMAZING despite the many other issues I'm about to disclose. Its been over a year since hurricane Helen and the buildings still has not been fully fixed. We were promised a gym and instead was given a outside jungle gym situation which is horrible. For the amount that I pay for rent, there is no pool, gym, and it constantly smells like weed everywhere. The vaulted ceilings are nice and my bedroom is huge. I've been touring many other apartments and out of the 8 places I looked at, this place has one

Avalon is a great little community located close to everything! They have just added onsite management which makes it so convenient when you want to speak to someone face to face. The community is very well maintained.

I have lived here for 3 months and absolutely love it! The location is perfect and I love the fact that the community sits off the main road.

The Avalon Apartments are such great apartments. They are so clean and quiet. They really take care of these apartments and really take care of the tenants. I would rate the Avalon apartments the best for 2023. They are very reasonable with the pricing. The office staff is so sweet and the maintenance staff stays on point. Both parties keep this community together and this community is definitely worth the money. Peace and quiet no rat bends…just an overall great community. I really hate to leave this community.
