I haven’t even moved in yet, and I already feel so welcomed by the team at AVA Apartments! The leasing office has been absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. They are extremely responsive, respectful, and genuinely kind. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and clearly, and they’ve made what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. This is truly the nicest and most professional leasing office I’ve ever come across. Their communication and customer service are top tier. I’m so excited to move in and be part of this community! The apartments themselves are alright. Anything that isn’t the office will respond with “that’s how it is” or “you can buy and we’ll install”. They offer you a candy bar for a 5 star review. Maybe they’ll offer me a bathroom exhaust fan for my 5 stars. (Not included in all bathrooms). They never pick up the phone and they have you talk with a STUPID AI machine. Maintenance may not come for emergencies; they waited to come help with our freezer/fridge (our food went bad waiting) but will come for not being able to lock or open your door(I think we just got lucky). I was fine with it all but this is the last straw because it’s getting in the way of going to work. The ice storm came and went but theses fools are going to just try and let the snow melt. No salt or sand… just residents slidi

It's very easy to charge late fees, because management doesn't have to pay them and it benefits them. But I think it's unfair to pay when it wasn't my fault; the system wasn't working correctly, and I called for help, but they never answered.
