This place deserves NEGATIVE 100 stars and needs to be shut down immediately. I lived there around 10 years ago and there were roaches everywhere, the office ladies tried to raise my rent multiple times before my lease was up, they embezzled the money that they would get from tenants, they tried to tell me that I owed them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS when I moved out (luckily I kept record) maintenance never did their job (except one who left after being treated poorly) took my newborn at the time for a walk and witnessed a drive by shooting just feet away from us. Office lady would go into my apartment without my knowledge and move things, even took food from my apartment and locked my cat outside multiple times to the point I started taking her with me when leaving. If I could give this place one star I would. My mom dad and my 2 brothers and 2 sisters and I lived here for almost 3 years. It was disgusting in every sense of the word. The maintenance doesn't fix anything and if they ever make it to you it's done half way. There's roaches bad in every apartment. The apartments itself are very ugly. The maintenance used to hit on women even young girls and if they don't respond how they want they talk disrespectful. The installation is so bad you can hear people's conversations upstairs and next door even with noise on. They don't properly maintain their residents or the residence and let felons live and work there. My mother had to put a restraining order on our neighbor he chased her down when my sister she was holding was 1 years old and everyone saw

At one time These apartments were known as being the Wild place to live. The timeframe that I have lived here I see nothing but quiet families raising their children. Families going to work Regularly. During the weekends there’s some traffic because families get together but overall I have loved this apartment complex since I moved in. Management is up front and honest. The maintenance request are completed in timely manner.

It's full of drug dealers and drug users. It's not safe people run up in your apartment for no reason that you don't know. People are always fighting. If in reality it deserves no star's. You get bed bugs from neighbor's or roaches and they don't do anything about it. They can barely keep a manager on duty. The head maintenance man drinks on the job and flirts with the tenants even has given the work cell phone to a tenant but yet still continues to have a job there.
