Poor communication. Did not Communicate 10 day holds on new deposit checks. So almost screwed my account up. Didn’t communicate that I couldn’t deposit/cash checks written to me personally. Even though I have a business account with my name on it solely.
The visit to Wagoner really made me realize how great Arvest is at my home town. 20 minute wait and they still needed lots of help to get the paper work complete. The manager Missy kept saying it will be just a minute but that was really honest.
I tried calling into the bank today and was surprised to have such a difficult time reaching an actual person to speak with in regards of my account. What happened to a live person, I dont mind the prompts but Arvest Bank needs to have a better person to person customer services for their phone service needs. I have been on hold for 26 min at this point just waiting for a live person. NO GOOD!!!
I love this bank, the over draft fees are a little high but thats just nit picking really couldnt ask for better and the staff are so friendly and inviting
I've been banking with Arvest since the mid-90s and in all of my fifty years of banking, they are, hands down, THE BEST!!
