I lived here for over 4 years. It was very poorly managed and went through 2 rent managers. One who signed documents with a copy and paste method and the other who never resolved anything. Was charged 350 for lawyer fees even if I communicated issues and when I moved out they charged me tripled the water bill sent my bill to collection in less then 30 days and are trying to charge me 3400 for moving out but had someone move into my old apt in less then a month. I would never recommend staying here. They charged you much for rent knowing it not worth it. They are not kid friendly they have nothing for kids to do out side and have had people in the office ask me to take my kids out and I’ve not known them. I’m appalled by the fact that THIS APARTMENT complex is denying people with section 8 vouchers but with credit scores under 600. I’m wouldn’t waste my time . For those of you who live here with a credit score of 600 or more MOVE OUT & go get you u something better
