Autumn Ridge Apartments

This property is managed well by Bethany. This was a very easy place to live at. Nice and quiet location conveniently located near things, but not so close where it is busy.

I have been renting an apartment at Autumn Ridge since October 2019. They were very willing to accept me as a tenant and have been extremely accommodating since then. I have rented at one other location in Clarksville and that experience is not comparable to how great it has been at Autumn Ridge. I highly recommend anyone considering to rent from this company. Their maintenance department is prompt and resolves small and major issues immediately. Management is very kind and engaging. The environment is quiet and safe. Both of my dogs love it here.

I have been here for approximately 2 weeks. The "on site laundry facility" is a joke. It hasn't been cleaned in over a year according to my neighbor. There is mold in every washing machine. Most of them do not work properly. Dryers function part time and take your coins. And dust all over the floor. No seating, no running water. And we are expected to maintain it ourselves. No washer dryer connections in apartments. Rent is too high to not have a facility that is usable. Water runs from my toilet constantly. The tub's stopper does not work. I give my 3 year old showers. Office is located off site. I am unimpressed at this point. The only upside is the quiet neighborhood. I'm sure that's because half of the apt are being renovated or are not in living condition. Management changes often.

We have lived here for almost 7 years. It is truly a great place to live. It is very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is great! The office staff is very friendly 😊. My family and I enjoy living here.

Professional. Courteous. Endearing. Move here and you won’t regret it it’s peaceful quiet and the property managers are sincere and respectful. I moved from Florida and was pleasantly surprised with how warm and welcomed I was when moving in.
