Autumn Hills Apartments

The process of getting the apartment was smooth and efficient, move in was also smooth. So far I really like my apartment and haven’t had any issues. I’d like to shout out Kylee for helping me out through the process and making it as easy as possible!

I had given a two rating on a maitience repair for the heat. I want to update the review . Matt was very professional and timely and the quality of the heat issue has really improved. The 2 rating was notba reflection of Matt I gave that rating because I had requested that the laundry room door be replaced which I was informed it could not be.

Kaylee was friendly, helpful, and great to work with. I just moved in and I’m really liking living here so far. Everything has been smooth until now, and I appreciate all her help.

Poor customer service. :( My boyfriend and I are in the "looking" process of moving and this complex has not been very helpful. I reached out to which I DID get a short response back - when I asked about what is all included in rent and if they could provide me a floor plan due to their websites being a bit blurry on my end.. I was then ghosted. We really loved the photos they provided about these apartments so we are a bit bummed we've been left with no answers. Customer service is what really makes people want to work with you! I'd definitely reconsider who they have in that department at this moment.

I had my doubts taking this apartment because I really wanted a two bedroom but I must say that “now” I have no regrets. The warmth, the welcome, the abidance and the environment was just what I needed and I must take the time out to thank Breaunna. For her patience and outstanding professionalism, her encouragement helped me a lot in making my discesion. Keep up the good work👍🏾
