They told me state chrges $30+ to replace lost metal plates, State charges $6.50 , I paid $140 with year sticker and metal plates I know they charge a fee but don't lie on what the state of Texas charge is. 1 Star for Not telling the truth. I wonder what other lies they will say for more money.The title place on Bandera rd are 💯 % better, avoid this place, just the FACTS like all my reviews.

Like what the heck…..literally was in there for 60 seconds, not even joking. Got there at 9 on a Saturday and was leaving this review by 9:02, and I out my new sticker on. I know it costs a little more than a regular DMV, but who gives a crap…..lady was friendly, on time, and what a breeze. These other bad reviews should be thankful for the ease and convenience of this place. I have been here for all my vehicles and my trailers, never an issue. Go there if you are smart!

No wait on a Saturday during a holiday week! Super sweet clerk. I was helped immediately for a car title transfer. It was fast and seamless! Bring your car title, official letter showing the loans are paid off, proof of insurance, your driver’s license and a credit card. You can leave with license plates!

Our new favorite place, the wait is under 15 minutes and the ladies behind desks were so fast and nice! Impressed and will be returning for future needs.

Lisa the manager that helped me and my son with the car title was very nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and directed me where we had to go and get the title in my name... thanks a lot..
