Authentix Lakeville

I've been here since Feb 2025, and have really enjoyed my time. The apartments are quiet, the community is friendly, and the amenities are great! Management is responsive and communicative. The perks - like pet service and installation of stuff - are amazing. Additionally, being close to the stores and theater have been so nice. Suburbs are rarely walkable, but here you can walk to Walmart or Aldi in a pinch no problem! Vanessa does a great job coming up with fun community activities, and they support their residents well.

Good complex, bad apartments. Banging noises from all walls, no response from the office. We have lived here since April 2024. Since August, we have dealt with banging up and down the steps, our neighbors throwing trash over the balcony, and them dragging trash down so badly there are multiple stains on the carpet. We have come home to toilet paper trailed down to the building entry up to our floor. Toilet paper should not be anywhere outside of the rented units. We have complained to the office for MONTHS with the trash in the hallways and banging on our walls. Nothing has been done. We have had to live with neighbors banging on our walls so badly it shakes our floor, stops us from sleeping, and leaves severe garbage in our communal hallway. It’s awful, the office doesn’t listen to us.

So far so good, will try and remember to update in a year or so. As others have mentioned the apartments are typical new construction and therefore fairly cheaply built. However the materials are still plenty nice enough, and have been installed well. Luckily so far my neighbors have been great but if you had noisy neighbors I could see how it would be a problem. Also as others have mentioned the HVAC circulation fan is pretty loud, again I would say mostly likely due to being a cheaper unit, however my AC works great. All of my experiences with management/staff have been excellent. They are friendly and easy to work with, and corrected a mistake immediately and apologetically when I noticed I had got charged for something minor that I wasn't supposed to. Fees were 100% as-represented

Wasted $500 applying for an apartment and getting our hopes up just to get denied because I am in the process of rebuilding my credit score. We were told during the tour that if our credit score does not meet requirements that there is an option to pay a higher deposit. Now they are telling us they won't work with us and there's nothing we can do. Also have to wait 3 weeks to get our money back. Ridiculous. We make more than enough money to pay rent here but got denied over credit scores. Gotta love America. You guys seemed all nice and welcoming but after this I can tell it was all fake. Really upset and disappointed in this community. Felt pressured that if we didn't apply we'd lose the apartment and then we don’t even get it. Thanks for wasting our time and money.

In the winter expect to climb over 12+ inches of snow to get to your car. Snow removal is awful and very unsafe. In the apartments you cant hear anything when the ac or heat is on because it is so loud. On a positive note Mya in the office is so sweet.
