My experience with Austin Patrick and Associates has been wonderful! From application to move in, everything went very smooth. I have been in my rental for 6 months and I love this property! No issues and the team is amazing!

This company is highly recommended for rental needs. Any minor issues I encountered were promptly addressed. They are undoubtedly the best company I have rented from.

HORRIBLE DOES NOT ACCURATELY COVER this company. The women who run it Korrin Abbey, Amy Knauf, Christy Darnell and Jackie Taylor are nothing but greedy bullies who love to make money off their tenets pain suffering. After renting my home for 13 years, I submitted a request to my landlord for necessary repairs. Instead of addressing the issues, my landlord responded with hostility, telling me that I had “the audacity” to ask for repairs. Following this interaction, I was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel pressured to leave the property. The tone and behavior of my landlord shifted noticeably after I made the request, and I believe this treatment was retaliatory in nature. I had always paid rent consistently and maintained the property responsibly, making the sudden change in attitu
