Great Experience with John and his team at Austin Fine Properties. As a seller, our transaction had some twists and turns due to some timing challenges on the buyer's side. We interviewed 5 realtors (from single agent to some of the biggest firms) and chose John Teinert / Austin Fine Properties, which was a terrific decision. Some realtors wanted to "run and gun" -- get us on the market immediately at a low ball price; they clearly make their money with a Walmart-volume based approach, which is great for them but not for the seller.
