The office staff at Austin Chase works hard every day to do their best for the residents, and the new maintenance team has been amazing. It took a little time to get everything running smoothly, but the difference is definitely noticeable now. I genuinely enjoy living at Austin Chase Apartments. I know there’s a lot of talk about the manager, but she has truly done a lot to improve the community.The Pool has actually been open all year long When you look at how much the property has changed over the past two years, the progress is incredible. I’ve lived here for five years and have seen both the ups and downs, and things are better now than they’ve been in a long time. If you want to live in hell, Austin Chase Macon is the perfect choice. One of the biggest problems we've had since our first day in the apartment is roaches. It's hard to describe how many types of insecticides I've purchased—over 10—to no avail. They keep getting worse. I found a hole behind the refrigerator with dozens of roaches coming out of it, and that was in one area, not to mention the others. I sealed it up at my own expense, and that didn't solve the roach problem. Other problems include not all of the air conditioner vents working properly, and there's a lingering smell of smoke coming from the bathroom vents. I can smell it coming from the carpet. The mixer in the sink wasn't working before we moved in. We've visited the office several times to resolve all of these issues and h

Had a great experience here. Was visiting a friend last week and had a small issue come up. Their maintenance tech Mr. Hubble was fast, friendly, and respectful of the apartment as he figured out how to solve the problem.

The maintenance team at Austin Chase Apartments is truly fantastic! This new crew does an amazing job, keeps the grounds looking great, and really knows their stuff when it comes to AC units and all the other appliances around the property.

Austin Chase has a wonderful apartment community with wonderful amenities. The last event I went to was the Christmas Party and they really put their hard work into the event. I had so much fun. I can’t wait until the next one.
