I had AustinBNB Management as my rental management company for several years, and unfortunately my experience declined significantly over time. The property was neglected, and I was not informed of damages as they occurred, which ultimately led to larger issues that could have been addressed earlier. Most concerning, I later discovered I was being charged a 15% management fee instead of the original 7% we agreed upon. This change was made without any notification, discussion, or consent on my part. As a property owner, transparency and communication are essential, and that trust was broken. I would not recommend AustinBNB Management to owners looking for proactive care, clear communication, or adherence to agreed-upon terms.

I had a situation last year where my previous property manager kind of left a project unfinished and I was scrambling to look for a new management. Luckily I found Austin BNB Management and they took over right away handling the project from start to finish; mold remediation/remodeling. So far it has been amazing to work with them. They have fully taken over all responsibilities for our rentals and it has been the best decision for us to switch. They made everything 100% hands off for us and have increased our bookings while also maximizing our payouts. I would recommend Paul and his team to anyone who is looking for property management especially long or short term!

The rate of return we are getting since hiring them to manage the booking, cleaning, and general repairs has been amazing. They even helped us get the right furniture and set up everything beautifully! Communication with them is super easy. I will be using Austin BNB Management on all my properties.
