We signed their offer to purchase our home and heard nothing from them for three days, despite our realtor contacting multiple contacts within the company via text and cell. It held up our home so that we could accept no other offers. When we sent a letter demanding the due diligence money and confirmation of receipt of their signed offer or we would termite the contract, they responded that they had changed their minds about buying our home and refused to send the DD that was owed to us. Our realtor recommended these people because of good experiences she had with them in the past, but no more. Do not trust this investment company. I have never seen such unethical behavior.
