They are just good, but not great. The management can be hot and cold. They need security. There are mixed age groups in the senior apartments. The building offers nothing for those in wheelchairs- definitely not up to code. Clearly everyone is not 55 or older. Did I mention they need security?
Currently we are not pleased. No one ever answers the phone. Everything starts out great in applying & pre-approval but the staff is literally putting off the needs of applicants. When do move ins officially start. I am looking forward to improving my review when I see improved outcomes.
The customer service here sucks. My uncle and multiple others were lined up for hours waiting to speak to someone in the leasing office. This is ridiculous!
