Aurora NWA

Amenities do not exist. They have changed the dates at least 3 times. There have been 2 fires in the community recently. The Property Managers Association (POA) are now threatening to take items/toys left on your lawn two the goodwill. They have increased the POA fees even though still no amenities, plus internet fee is mandatory. They also have a limit of 3 pets per lot provided that total weight of 2 pets does not exceed 150lbs. Read the covenants before you purchase here. Also, Property Owners Association is run by the developers. A hand over to homeowners is not planned for many, many years!!! The neighbors are great. But not worth the negatives with the Property Managers/Developers.

Great place to live with a lot of great people. The POA has always been quick to answer any questions or requests I’ve emailed them about. Not a strict neighborhood and very easy going. The amenities have taken longer than planned, but will be some of the best in Bentonville once complete.

Clubhouse was supposed to finish by Fall 2023, and as of June 2024 it is not even close to 25% completed. They are even collecting poa fees for “cost of operating amenities” even though they do not exit. There is a rumor that it will be pushed to 2025. This was not advertised this way! Edit as of June 8th: received a letter stating they “weather” and contractor availability caused them delays and offering tickets for aquatic center in Rogers for summer. Developer is also a builder and this company is non-stop building houses.

This is going to be a sought out neighborhood! The POA does neighborhood events throughout the year to get everyone together and the amenities are going to be great for families of all ages.

Aurora is a great neighborhood with great neighbors and friends. They are working hard on completing the amenities for us. We are happy to be part of Aurora.
