Aura Crossroads

I’ve lived here since June 2024 and have experienced both sides of the coin: top floor in one building and bottom floor (with a private yard) in another. So I feel very qualified to review this place. The Pros: The leasing office and maintenance team are genuinely great. They respond quickly, they’re kind, and they actually fix things in a timely manner. No complaints there. The amenities are also really nice. I love the gym and the pool area, and the apartments themselves have beautiful finishes. Having a private yard for our dog has been a huge plus. If we were rating strictly on staff and features, this would be 5 stars. The Cons: Now let’s talk about the noise. If you live on the bottom or middle floor, you will absolutely hear your upstairs neighbors. And I don’t mean “oh that’s n

I love this apartment complex! The office staff is phenomenal, specially Savanna. She always helps me with whatever questions my partner and I have and if she doesn't know the answer she makes sure to get one for me. I personally love the gym and all the equipment they have! It's a wonderful place to live.

Overall, this is a great apartment complex with many appealing features. One of the main reasons I chose to live here was the community room, which includes a TV, pool table, and coffee bar. However, I was disappointed to learn that this space is only accessible during leasing office hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.). Because I leave for work before the office opens and return after it closes, I’m unable to make meaningful use of the amenity that significantly influenced my decision to sign a lease. I wish this limitation had been communicated during my tour, as it feels misleading in hindsight. Given that the gym is available 24/7, I don’t see why similar access can’t be provided for the community room as well.

I truly love this apartment complex! I was so amazed at all the amenities included into the apartment homes at such a reasonable price! I appreciate all the help and attention I received from Emily! She was such an amazing person to work with, she made sure to get all our questions answered and gave us an amazing tour of the community and our apartment. We were truly convinced of applying as soon as we were shown the unit:) this place is a complete 10/10! my family loves it here and let’s not forget about the amazing pool! I totally recommend The Aura Crossroads for a comfy home and a great neighborhood!

Hands down the best place I've lived. Lisa (the property manager) is the best to work with, along with the rest of the front office to Bradley and the maintenance crew. Recently had some maintenance done, and everything was handled professionally and there was always constant communication. Lisa and her team went above and beyond making sure everything got fixed. The complex is always nice and clean, and the amenities are the best!
