Extremely disrespectful neighbors. Many residents have no manners. Expect frequent stomping, dragging of furniture, and heavy objects being dropped well past quiet hours. They even run vacuums in the middle of the night. Also expect loud parties on weekends, and sometimes even on weekdays. It's not just my unit. I've spoken with other residents who face the same issues, and complaints are occasionally posted on the resident portal. People leave their paper bags filled with garbage on the floor of the trash room instead of putting them in the chute. The sidewalks are constantly covered in dog waste. It's clear what kind of neighbors you will have here. The building construction is poor. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear your neighbors' conversations, and the floor shakes when the

I rarely write reviews but just wanted whoever decides to live here. The management has extremely poor follow up. There have been multiple robberies in the building which the management did absolutely nothing about (don’t let them fool you with the cameras and the fob keys). We asked them for some sort of compensation after yet another robert in the building since their security failed. They said they would look into it and 9 months later decided to follow up and say we can’t do anything. They have zero skin in the game, so have no motivation to actually do anything about the safety of the building. You have to essentially chase the management for any issues to be followed up.

Since the beginning of lease was told construction was being done next door, was giving a “credit” due to construction which was due to be done end of August, it is now December and not only has construction not stopped but also no courtesy or credit of any type has been offered. If you work from or work late hours and are planning to sleep during the day this is not the place to live. On a positive note, all the maintenance staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I've been living at Aura for nearly a year now and I cannot say enough good about this building and the staff. My apartment is beautiful! The front office staff is always helpful and the only repair I've needed (just replacing the battery on the door lock) was completed right away. The maintenance team is also fantastic and all maintenance is scheduled regularly (i.e. replacing filters on AC, changing lock batteries, etc.)! The building feels safe and I genuinely enjoy working from home in my apartment!

Toss out that alarm clock!! Don’t worry…you won’t need it living here. I am a travel nurse and have lived in countless apartments. This is the LOUDEST place I have ever lived. Oh..and they throw in a nice added fee for short term even though it’s right by the hospital. Not travel nurse friendly at all. Not “Luxury” at all. It’s giving dorm vibes.
