Nick came out to evaluate our shower that was draining slowly, and the experience was great from start to finish. When he first called, he was very courteous and polite, which immediately set a positive tone. During the visit, my daughter stated that he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was checking and what might be causing the slow drain. He was respectful of our home and made sure we understood the next steps. Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional service experience. I would definitely recommend Nick.
