Augusta Farms Apartments

My wife and I were recently exploring renting an apartment for a few months, and Tess, the manager for Augusta Farms Apartments, was incredibly helpful! She went out of her way to answer all our questions fully, and to provide important information we didn’t even think to ask for. She clearly enjoyed helping us, regardless of whether we ended up renting with her. She is a lovely human being and one of Augusta Farms Apartments’ biggest perks!

I wish I could give living here negative stars. DO NOT LIVE here. I spent years in my apartment constantly arguing with them and begging them to fix things. most of the time they excused it with the handymen quit and they were still rehiring. they took me to court once because they accidently misfiled paperwork and thought my rent was late. nope, they had applied it to the wrong account but of course I still had to take off and go to court to be dismissed. ultimately it came down to the last half a year there, we had a major infestation of mice that they did nothing to help. I would trap multiple mice a day for months. I blocked off closets to try to prevent them from coming in but they had chewed their way into my oven and nested, making the oven unusable. they were also lining in the f

I’ve been living at Augusta Farms for less than a year, and unfortunately my experience has been frustrating. I’ve had ongoing issues with my rent amount being incorrect, which took time and multiple follow-ups to address. There were also maintenance concerns, including problems with the AC running through the unit and delays in getting lights fixed. Another major concern has been the lack of consistency in management. There have been three different property managers within less than a year, which has made communication and follow-through difficult. It’s hard to get consistent answers or build any working relationship when management keeps changing.

I absolutely love living here. It's such a great community there's always something going on. Amazing landlords and just a safe place to live and start a family.

I’ve had the worse experience while staying here. Communication was awful and professionalism was non existent. I was here less than a year and had 4 different property managers. Do not recommend.
