August Friendswood Apartments

This apartment complex is beautiful! Amazing pool and common areas, well equipped fitness room and private mailroom. The newly renovated premium units with waterfall quartz island real stand out! Highly recommended.

I’ve lived at August Friendswood since April, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I feel incredibly safe, comfortable, and truly at home here. The community is spacious, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are exactly what I needed—the swimming pool is relaxing, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the yoga lawn is perfect for unwinding. My neighbors have been amazing, and the sense of community here is something special. The staff, especially the ladies in the front office, consistently go above and beyond to make sure our apartments feel like a home, not just a place to live. The maintenance team is always polite, professional, and quick to communicate and get the job done. Even the business center is always clean, fully function

During my visit, I was deeply concerned to come across a resident's vehicle on the premises that had all four wheels and tires stolen. I'm sharing this observation to respectfully alert the community so that everyone can take extra precautions with their property and their guests. I encourage everyone to stay vigilant and look out for one another.

We lived here for a year and it was a nice mix of resident family types. I didn't feel out of place. Grounds are kept up well. The pool patio is nice, unfortunately it was closed during the winter. My one complaint would be that there was nowhere outside to sit or benches during that time. Parks weren't necessarily in walking distance without having to walk on the road. The apartments themselves do not have patios. Maintenance was prompt and our apartment was bug-free, although we kept Gentrol disks where they could potentially live. Bathroom was pretty great for an apartment. Didn't have any issues with office and parking. Overall a very nice facility. We would live there again.

It makes a huge difference having someone in the office who truly cares about the residents. Christian, the new manager, has made my recent experience 10/10. She is professional, kind, hard working, and communicates well through email and phone which a lot of other apartments lack! We are lucky to have her The apartment complex is on the newer side so its nice and clean, with maintenance frequently cleaning the hallways and trash areas. Maintenance is also quick to come and service your unit when you put a ticket in.
