I lived at this property for nearly a decade. Apart from the rate increase for every new lease, or mold being reported by several tenants, or even the constant updating of rules such as to not hang anything over the balcony or to remove bicycles from property or have them thrown away; it was the stoic nature of management that really seals the “not for me”deal.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others before renting from this property. Our experience moving out was nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and, frankly, illegal under Massachusetts tenant law. When we vacated the apartment, we were told on September 24, 2025, that we would receive a refund of $633.98 from our $3,320 security deposit. I even provided receipts for professional carpet cleaning and general cleaning of the apartment, as requested. Then, weeks later, I received a letter dated October 6, 2025, stating that our refund had been reduced to $383.98 — with no explanation or itemized list of deductions. Unsupervised Children- Would not recommend living here if you do not have kids and want a peaceful environment. We've lived here for a while now and we've noticed an increase in unsupervised children between the ages of 4-15. This is a growing issue at these apartments that's affecting the safety and general atmosphere. As of late, unsupervised children who have been regularly congregating in various public spaces, particularly in front of residents' patios, windows, and the parking lots. While I fully understand that children need space to play and socialize, I’ve noticed that without proper supervision, their behavior has become increasingly disruptive and, at times, unsafe. We were moving across country and leasing consultant sent me the information and images of a townhouse and told me the lease MUST be signed before I arrive to property. Upon arrival was told we were in a 3rd floor apartment. Worst place we have ever moved to, hassles from start to finish. Couldn’t wait to get out!!!

I walk in to try and see apartments on Saturday and the leasing agent says she’s too busy when the office is empty. She asks if I can come back in 30 minutes, and when I do, the door is locked and no one is there! Appalling the lack of work ethic and sense of decency…
