Audrey Garden Apartments

We lived in an apartment associated with this one and it was roach infested, maintainer never fixed anything right and now after we vacated they are trying to charge utilities from past months!!! We paid monthly utilities and we were never told that’s once we vacated they’re were adding bills from November, December and January to the final utilities bill. When I called the lady was super rude she stated I didn’t have to pay but then backtracks saying we don’t have to pay right now not until the finalization which takes a month is complete we will now what we owe which I’m like okay. When I tried explaining we are being billed for the month of November she was saying I was not understanding, all I wanted to know is if I had to pay the bill and why that month was included in a JANUARY bil

Worst apartments I have ever lived at. They don't care if your apartment is full of mice or spiders. I asked if they could move me to a different apartment because they can't seem to get rid of the spiders in my unit and they said yes but I would have to pay another deposit and pay more rent?! Lol they are out of their minds. Stay away from these apartments. I'm definitely getting ready to report them to the attorney general

HORRIBLE !!! DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS ROACH INFESTED THEY ARE EVERYWHERE AND THEY DO NOT SEND AN EXTERMINATOR TO FIX THE ROACH PROBLEM NOT ONLY THAT MOLD EVERYWHERE.

Great space for families and pets. Ricardo from maintenance is always willing to help and keep everything in good shape.
