Auburn Park Apartments

Zach was such a huge help tonight. The parking lot was not cleaned very well after this weekends snow storm. The snow was not plowed from in front of the garages and my car got stuck trying to pull in. Zach was more than willing to shovel all around my car, push it out of the snow to get it unstuck and then he proceeded to shovel the entire space in front of my garage. Thanks Zach for taking care of this and helping me out!

Shauna is amazing and maintenence Tim is as well.. had to move out for personal reasons but I miss living here. It's a nice quiet spot and convenient to all your needs far as shopping and highways.. etc. I recommend it to anyone I know looking.

Auburn Park Apartments have exceeded my expectations. The apartments are very nice and cozy and comfortable and quiet. Thanks Shauna I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

Since SNS has taken over the property it has been quite an upgrade. Tim is always on top of things. He is always friendly out on the lot. He is either picking up the trash that has either been blown around or from people dumping garbage out of their cars. Now that the dog stations are in place I’ve seen him remind people to use them. Also if they are in the lot and the stereos are really loud he will tell them to turn it down within reason. He seems to always be working and cares about the property.

Zach was awesome ! He fixed the hot water in the shower in a timely manner
