Horrible. If you own a house and allow them to rent it they will run it into the ground. Everything that has been fixed in my house has been fixed by people that don't know what they're doing. The porch falling apart because of squirrels. They sent people out who were supposed to catch the squirrels. They didn't, nor were they certified. They porch been done 3 times and still looks like crap. The last person left the yard a mess & nails all over my porch. My 3 yr old niece was outside playing when I found all the nails on the porch that the contractor left behind. Called Auben. They did nothing. The last owner patched up stuff. He would never send a real plumber or They would tell the plumber not to service our home they way they would service a home on Columbia County. The l

Ever since Auben hired a new manager and new team members, they’ve never failed to communicate and work things out with you. The people before never answered the phone nor attempted to listen to whatever problem you had without an attitude. I really appreciate the new staff for bringing some light into the company.

We recently experienced an electrical kitchen fire in our home, and Larae handled the situation quickly and diligently. She acted immediately to ensure our safety and worked efficiently to have a replacement stove arranged as soon as possible. Throughout the entire process, she communicated clearly, checked in often, and made sure we were well taken care of. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern during a stressful situation truly made a difference. We are very grateful for her support.

Larae and Nikkia were excellent throughout the entire move-in process. Although there was work that needed to be completed prior to move-in, Larae communicated consistently with updates, which made everything feel organized and transparent.
