Attain at Quarterpath

Moved in the beginning of February and has been a great experience so far. Moving in process was a bit confusing (probably on our part & due to short notice). Overall office staff is great, towanda is amazing, she was a big help in our moving process. Angela helped as well and was just as great. Nice location, quiet & great amenities. Parking can kind of suck sometimes and elevator is regularly out but I live on the first floor so not bad. Every issue has been solved almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend. If your on the fence meet with towanda and she’ll settle all doubts!

I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment layouts are spacious and well designed, and the community itself is very quiet and relaxing. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Towanda. From the very first tour she was welcoming, detailed, and completely honest. Everything she explained has turned out to be true. She’s always available, checks on residents, and actively participates in the community, which really makes this place feel like home. The amenities are some of the best in the area, and the resident events are creative and thoughtfully planned. We’ve had paint-and-sip nights, whisky and wine tastings, bingo, and more — and she hosts them with genuine enthusiasm. If you’re considering moving here, you won’t regret it. Ok, the way to start this review is by saying, don't just seek a place to live based soley on price. Dive deeper into what you get per month and weigh those comparables. At Attain, you get world class service not only from staff but from maintenance as well as the community as a whole. Police regularly patrol the community and that make me feel safe, secure entrances throughout the buildings, trash service m-f, and a plethora of amenities from private gym to a home theater, and a private office for handling your personal administrative needs. I have been a resident here long enough to tell you that it's pet-friendly and peaceful to live here. I have NO COMPLAINTS and no issue referring others to live here. If you want a guaranteed environment of safety and posh living.... look no fur

My partner and I recently decided to move in alone together here and Towanda has made the process the smoothest and most efficient apartment leasing I've ever dealt with. She's a delight and she's wonderful to work with! She is willing to help at all costs and loves to get her job done right. Highly recommend this apartment complex for Towanda alone. I'd give 5 stars just for her!

We live here for two years and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had fantastic service from the front office and Alfonzo (Maintenance) was fabulous throughout our stay. The only downside of our time here was our mail was sometimes taken by our mail box. Other than that, I have no complaints.
