Attain at Harbour View

I have been here for about 2 weeks now and wish I would have made a different choice. The staff is very nice, probably the best thing about the place. Though it is winter the pool is very dirty looking which is my view. There has been pool furniture in the water that no one seems to care about. The halls are very damaged and dingy. My apartment is decent however there a whole in the sub flooring in the middle of the living room that I walk in every time, the floor will be damaged by the time I move out so hope to not be charged for something out of my control. Did not realize there is no lining closet in a two bedroom apartment in 2026. The kitchen “island” was very misleading. I viewed the model which had a standard island. My apartment had a wobbly table island that is very low quality.

I had a great experience working with Miasia. She was very sweet, nice, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The community is well maintained, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Overall, the level of customer service truly stood out, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Not what it use to be. Management changed recently and it’s has not been good. Not really worth the money now. It was really nice when I moved here 3 years ago, but things have really changed. Even while writing this review the internet is down. No longer luxury.

The apartments are cute but here’s the thing: There’s dog poop everywhere, there’s trash on the ground, wanna get your packages? forget about it, 85% of the time your package won’t make it to your door or makes it to the wrong door. You pay for valet trash every month but 50% of the time they don’t take the trash and then you can get a lease violation for having the trash outside your door, but who wants to bring in trash after putting it out to be taken, that’s just gross! Sometimes they’ll let us know ahead of time which is fine, but getting a lease violation over trash when we weren’t informed is crazy, for example they didn’t take the trash because it’s super bowl sunday, like omg!!! the super bowl!!! most people still work even though it’s the super bowl, that’s why we opt for a place

Experience living here was pretty good but they're trying to steal my security deposit at move out. Charging about $300 for carpet replacement because of "heavy staining/spoiling" on carpet with 0 staining. We never smoked in the apartment, never ate over the carpet, and it was in great condition upon move out. They just make up a reason to charge you for an amount that conveniently adds up almost exactly to the refund balance that they owe.
