I have been a tenant for about two months and so far I am very happy. The cleaning ladies come almost every night. The maintenance crew has always responded within two days. They've helped me hang a few heavier art pieces and hide cords in the drop ceiling. They are professional and friendly. The management team is professional, friendly and responsive. My signage took a while to get put up but sometimes things happen. I have my sign now and it looks nice. The common area is kept clean and the main entrance is nice. They've done well with an older building. I do wish there was better curb appeal bordering the building but the shrubs and large stones are nice on the outer areas of the property.

Every investment has done well. Dividends and appreciation exceeded expectations due to the careful planning and execution of each project.
