I have been a resident under Atlas Realty for three Plus years. While I’ve had my share of maintenance issues, billing issues, confusion over fees and other things, the quality of customer service that I’ve received from Renee and her team when need be has always been professional, timely and my issues resolved.

Very disappointing experience from this company. We Dealt with multiple maintenance issues due to the poor condition of this home. When my children and I relocated from the Midwest we did not have the opportunity to view the home prior to moving in. We dealt with flooding, water heater issues Wich is quite dangerous and them changing pool maintenance companies every other month due to their shady business tactics. the pool was green 8 out of the 14 months we rented from them. My experience with Atlas Realty ended with me receiving a $12,000.00 bill of unjust and unexplained charges.They threatened to send this bill to collections if not received in 30 days. Like most of the other comments I have tried reaching them and no response. I have reported this Agency and strongly recommend everyon

This company is the worst real estate management company I have ever dealt with. They deserve a -20 rating!! The turn over speaks for how terrible they are. They either ignore you or schedule maintenance without notifying you in advance, and they take all of your deposit and don’t give details. You have to pay them the utilities and I think what I paid was inflated- I never saw a bill so how do I know what I would owe! How is this legal??

It’s a shame the Las Vegas housing market is essentially completely owned by out of state rental agencies, and Atlas is yet another sad company wrapped up in the mess. We moved to Las Vegas in July 2022, and after reading horror stories of renting from other agencies, we chose to rent with Atlas. From the time we moved in (July 2022) until we moved out in July 2023, we had nothing but significant issues, most specifically with communication. Not only did we find that our house was in poor condition after move in (rotting walls, mold inside sinks, cracked countertops, ill-fitted windows that didnt lock), we tried getting these issues fixed and had no such luck. Im posting this review on behalf of my client. This is a predatory company that hits clients with charges for damages with out any evidence. Every 1 star review that I have read is accurate.
