Do not live here. It looks good on the surface, but you will absolutely hear everything your neighbors do - talking, tv, music, stomping, moving furniture, intimacy, microwave beeping, everything. It's like 3 other people live in the apartment with you. I have lost so much sleep and peace living here and have to adjust to the schedules of my neighbors. Management is aloof - my last work order for a sink leak took 3 months to complete, and I'm currently waiting over a week for my AC to be fixed (in the middle of summer). Management cannot be reached by phone or email, unless you want to rent an apartment! Keep looking.

Building itself and the units are beautiful, however the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. It often feels like they are living with you, I can hear their alarms go off, if someone coughs, every conversation--you can only imagine what it's like if they have guests... Management leaves much to be desired in general and their response to countless complaints by residents has been minimal. Could be easily solved with more insulation, but they are unwilling to incur the expense.

Worst building I have ever lived in. Walls have ZERO insulation. Living in a loft style building doesn’t mean you should hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room as you. ZERO privacy what so ever. Management will not do anything to fix building issues. Don’t be fooled by appearance, building is a silk hat on a pig

Lived here for a few years. Upside is apartments have all the amenities you would be looking for. Parking spot included is a huge plus. Down side is management is aloof. You get left a lone when you need to, which is suppose isn't bad if that's what your looking for (I didn't mind). When something broke they always fixed it in a timely manner. Others have had bad experiences, but I did not have that experience.

I love my apartment, but can’t quite understand why my (not even remotely often) maintenance tickets go unanswered. But you can send an email about resources to pay rent if I can’t? And with all the vacancies in the building, what’s my incentive to stay? Raising rent isn’t it. I love this building and this neighborhood, but I’m severely disappointed in management here.
