Been silent on the matters of this complex and just want to deal with it until my lease is up but booting DoorDashers, moving companies and even pizza men is crazy when none of the elevators work, the gate still doesn’t work but they make you pay for a fab, even all the doors are broken. No need for the fab. The lady downstairs got real hostile and started yelling from just asking a question patience is her name she said. Fair housing needs to get involved or new management is needed. How do you let a booting company scam your own residence and let incompetent employees run the property. Worst place I’ve ever lived. This isn’t luxury btw. Check out the oil spill in the hallway.

I just recently moved in, and Sydney made the process so easy. She was such an amazing person to work with from start to finish. I did my tour with her and she was very helpful, informative and offered exceptional customer service. If you are looking to move here definitely ask for Sydney! The only reason for the 4/5 stars is due to one of my packages missing out of the mailroom due to Amazon delivering it there and not my front door but other than that please stop by and ask for Sydney. She was such a blessing to work with! She deserves a raise!! Overall i’m extremely happy with my apartment and love it here so far!

Sydney is absolutely phenomenal. From the very first interaction, she went above and beyond-listening attentively to my needs, respecting my time, and guiding me with unmatched professionalism and expertise. Her knowledge of the property was impressive, and her genuine care made the entire process feel effortless and exciting instead of stressful. Because of Sydney, I felt confident, supported and excited to apply-and I was approved! She is truly the reason I chose this community. Sydney is a rare gem and an incredible asset. I cannot praise or recommend her enough.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! 1. The leasing office staff is always changing and they never answer the phones during business hours. 2. Homeless people living in the gym and pool area. 3. The property is filthy with dog poop and rats. 4. The parking garage looks like a junk yard with cars with no tires, flat tires etc. There is no guest parking available. 5. Boot scammers are very prevalent at this property. 6. The property is poorly maintained and it shows.
