Atlas Lane

I had an abysmal experience as a renter trying to rent an Atlas Lane run apartment- I wish I had seen these reviews sooner and neither gotten my hopes up nor wasted my time. The tour was not with an Atlas Lane employee so she couldn’t answer any questions with certainty. My partner and I each paid the $50 application fee and heard nothing back for weeks, despite making multiple calls and emails to determine the status of our application. Felt like a scam. Claudio called us three weeks after submitting saying our application was approved. I provided additional information (no current pets, etc) and he said he would confirm with the owner then send the lease. He confirmed there would be 1 free month of rent. Then he ghosted us again. Very disappointed that this company manage very gorgeous places, but its agents communication is awful. My wife and I toured a place, we were very interested and and send all docs they requested. Despite all of that the agent went silence on us, we inquiry twice to know the status or if anything else was needed and we did not received a response at ALL. I work in the hospitality industry and this does not meet any criteria of hospitality. I just wonder how they are to respond to any facility issues.

We have been so fortunate to have Kelly H. as our leasing manager over the past three years and I couldn't recommend her more. She is responsive, professional, caring, and has tremendous integrity. A year or so ago they switched our account manager from Kelly to another representative who was unresponsive but when Kelly found out the situation she quickly took our account back over and saved the day. We have had such an amazing and smooth experience with Kelly taking charge of our property and I can't recommend it enough. We never had to worry about any issues or even think about our property because she always took care of everything proactively and set us up for success. Kelly is the model agent that Atlas Lane and other companies should use to train future representatives or managers. I

This is by far the worst leasing management company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’m not yet fully convinced that they are a legitimate business. Listen to all of these one-star reviews, because they are all true! Everything went downhill when Atlas Lane took over my rental property around two years ago. While Dan was originally responsive to my inquiries, the company has essentially ghosted me since his departure on all issues, from maintenance requests to signing new tenants. Earlier this year, my unit experienced a sudden issue with the breakers that resulted in a partial loss of power across the apartment, posing a potentially significant safety concern.
