Atlas-Heritage Title

As can happen to all of us, a significant mistake was made by Atlas. Our amazing realtor did the legwork to fix it, not Atlas. No apology to the seller or us was ever provided. The problem isn't the error but how little Atlas cared about remedying it or taking accountability. Throughout the transaction, many emails and follow up emails were not returned. In addition, the $100 credit for new homeowners was also not honored. Repeated let downs and a disappointing experience overall.

I had worked with Patricia on two separate occasions regarding a property I own and the deed. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was prompt whenever I had a question and was quick to resolve it. Another issue came up on my deed and her detective skills solved the problem within minutes. Anything that involves my deed will be handled by Atlas-Heritage going forward. I loved working with them.

I had a seamless experience working with Atlas-Heritage Title. Sandy was great and responsive while we did the title search. Jeff was phenomenal in all of his MANY explanations as we closed on my first home. I left feeling very confident in all of the information he provided. He was patient and definitely experienced in his field. He even took a nice picture of me and my fabulous realtor, Sofia! I'm very grateful that I was referred to Atlas-Heritage through Red Post Realty. What a great collaboration!! I highly recommend.

A property transfer recently had some title questions. I knew, and was correct, when we found that Atlas Heritage Title had processed the prior closing everything would be resolved. Their quick responses and care are greatly appreciated!

Overall, there were some issues but they were resolved so I am adding 2 stars. I had to follow up in every step of the way, as a buyer, to get this transaction done with no follow through from the company unless I remind them to follow up. Then, I come to find by a third party that the company is closed temporarily. I never received any notice, no standard email, I simply find out that I'm not closing on schedule with no updated information so I could at least find a reputable title company. Ultimately, I would hope they provide clear communication. The more I am having to remind them of changes (such as closing costs which were already outlined on email and on the sales agreement), the more frustrating it is.
