I have been an apartment renter for most of my life and have rented apartments in major cities across the country. I am truly impressed with the apartments at Atlas Eastside. The staff personnel are nice, professional and I enjoy being greeted everyday by Zuniga who is always working and making sure things are clean and well kept. She is amazing and has a great spirit to get the job done with a smile. She is truly a treasure! Hats off to Larissa who has recently stepped into her new role as lead manager and you can tell things are changing for the better! I am not sure about some of the bad reviews here but like I always say if you are really that unhappy move out. So happy to call Atlas Eastside my home! The leasing agents are so attentive, sweet, and work very hard to create a sense of community here. I’ve never lived anywhere with this many events every month and they consider pets and the residents in these events. I bring my friends and family over and they’re always so impressed by the amenities and culture here!

Lovely staff, great amenities (awesome pool and hot tub), and the apartments are new! I’ve loved my studio, it’s the most spacious one I saw when I was looking for that price. I’ve always felt super safe and have never had any issues that couldn’t be fixed by a friendly staffer. I’d recommend to a friend!

This is probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am very grateful to the management staff, the maintenance team, and all the employees in general, as they always have a smile and are very proactive in helping with anything you may need. (Specially Larissa and Antonia) My apartment is a studio and it is very spacious. It has everything I need, and I have never had any serious issues that required maintenance. Parking has never been an inconvenience for me. It is true that there is dog waste in the common areas, but as others have mentioned in their reviews, that is the responsibility of the dog owners, and it is impossible to monitor this at all times.
