Since new management took over I have seen great improvement. Maintenance has improved dramatically, and the overall appearance of the buildings are now colorful and clean. The flowers add a unique touch. Mary the Manager has shown to be very hands on and takes great responsibility towards the tenants needs into consideration. One example is the steps that was added in front of the pool. My lower back really thanks her for it. The washing machines are now new and updated, which makes it very convenient for all the tenants. As a tenant i am pleased to say that this is a wonderful and desire able place to be called home....🌈🏠
I was able to toured the Apartments on Friday . Mary was easy to communicate with. She is very informative; very attentive; very helpful. Honestly working with her was a big plus.
Mary , the new on-site manager is great!
